Setting the standard in the Business, Dawley Aviation’s unconditional use warranty dates back to 1984, the first of it’s kind relating to repaired aircraft exhaust systems “ONE YEAR UNLIMITED HOURS” Due to the extensive attention each of our repairs receives, Dawley Aviation Incorporated located in Burlington Wisconsin will warrant an overhauled aircraft exhaust system supplied by our FAA Certified repair station for a period of one year from the date of completion of such an exhaust system. The express warranty includes unlimited hours of use of said exhaust system.

Warranty repairs will be completed by contacting the Dawley Avaition facility in advance of returning the system. A return authorization number will be issued to bring the exhaust system and or components of an exhaust into our Burlington Wisconsin location.  All exhaust system(s) and or exhaust components must be returned with the original Serviceable part tag (8130-3) and or the original work order.  All Shipment costs to and from the Dawley Aviation facility will be paid for by Dawley Aviation. Arrangements for shipping will be inclusive within the return authorization process. Exhaust system warranties will be received and inspected for defects and completed similar to standard production repair lead times (Normally in one day and out the next). Dawley Aviation does not warranty costs associated with removing or installing warranty related exhaust system(s) and or components.
